By accessing or using WiserPockets (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

WiserPockets is a personal finance application that provides AI-powered budgeting insights, gamified savings features, goal tracking, and social accountability tools. The Service is currently in pre-launch and accessible via waitlist.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Free Plan

WiserPockets offers a free-forever plan that includes core budgeting, goal tracking, and AI insights. We reserve the right to introduce premium features at additional cost, but existing free features will remain free.

5. Financial Information Disclaimer

WiserPockets provides financial tools and AI-generated suggestions for informational purposes only. We are not a registered financial advisor. Our AI insights should not be considered professional financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor for major financial decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' experience
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of WiserPockets — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Wiser Pockets and protected by intellectual property laws. Your financial data remains yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

WiserPockets is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
